Saxum Energy Partners has closed its inaugural partnership at a US$435 million hard cap and made an acquisition of a premier Permian Basin mineral position from Luxe Minerals.
Saxum initiated the Partnership in September 2022 and acquired assets situated in the heart of the Permian Basin and Haynesville Shale. The Partnership's primary holdings include mineral interests in the Permian Basin, operated by companies like ExxonMobil, Pioneer, Diamondback, Occidental, ConocoPhillips, Endeavor, and Permian Resources. Additionally, they have interests in the Haynesville region, operated by Southwestern, Comstock, Chesapeake, and Aethon.
