Lazard Asset Management (LAM) announced that its Sustainable Private Infrastructure Fund (Lazard SPI Fund) has completed its second investment, taking a 50% stake in Shawton Energy Limited, through its UK investment platform New Regions Energy.

This represents a strategic commitment to Shawton Energy, a prominent developer of renewable technology and a proprietor of rooftop solar PV ventures serving commercial and industrial clients throughout the UK. This investment allows the Lazard SPI Fund to not only obtain stakes in the company's current operational solar PV projects but also to tap into a substantial portfolio of upcoming projects.
