The Paloma Ridge solar project, encompassing rooftop and carport solar installations, is set to counterbalance over 3,400 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions every year. This is equivalent to eliminating 775 gasoline-powered cars from the road annually. The office park, under the ownership of an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, boasts advanced solar technology that not only contributes to environmental preservation but also enhances the property's overall worth and utility.
