Spanish renewables company Capital Energy has secured an environmental permit for the development of the 51 MW La Herrada wind farm project located in the province of Albacete in the Castile-La Mancha region of Spain.
The project will consist of ten 5.1-MW wind turbines and represents up to EUR53 million (US$60.10 million) of investment in the area.
Capital Energy is applying for a permit to start the construction of the project.
