ALH Group has entered into an agreement to indirectly acquire a 49.9% stake in a solar portfolio composed of 16 solar photovoltaic farms, with a combined capacity of 597 MW, from EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG.
The solar portfolio includes new large-scale Weesow, Gottesgabe and Alttrebbin solar projects built in the states of Brandenburg, Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saxony in Germany.
The projects are developed by EnBW and are mostly entered into commercial operation. EnBW will continue to manage, service, and maintain the solar farms that have an average annual output of 580 GWh.
