YPF Luz commissions 123 MW Cañadón León wind project in Santa Cruz

YPF Luz has started up the Cañadón León wind farm, located in the Northeast of the Province of Santa Cruz, in the town of Cañadón Seco, which reaches an installed capacity of 123 MW of renewable and sustainable energy, equivalent to the energy used by more than 150 thousand homes.

The US$180 million park has a capacity factor of 53% and avoids the emission of more than 312,000 tons of carbon dioxide per year.
