Vestas has won a contract which involves the 27 MW turbine supply for the Aquilonia and Forenza wind parks, to be located in the regions of Campania and Basilicata, in Italy.
Four V126-3.45 MW wind turbines and two V100-2.0 MW in 2.2 MW operating mode will be delivered for the 15 MW Forenza project and another two V126-3.45 MW wind turbines in 3.8 MW Power Optimized Mode for the 12 MW Aquilonia wind park.
A 10-year Active Output Management (AOM 4000) service agreement for the maintenance of the wind farms is also part of the order placed by IVPC Group.
By the first quarter of 2023, delivery and commissioning of the turbines are anticipated.
