Vestas has secured an order for an undisclosed wind project in the US. The contract involves the delivery and installation of 45 V150-4.2 MW wind turbines, with a total capacity of 189 MW. Alongside the turbine supply, Vestas will also provide services through a multi-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) agreement, ensuring the optimal performance of the wind farm.
As part of this comprehensive agreement, Vestas will handle the entire scope of the project, including the supply, delivery, and commissioning of the turbines. The company's expertise and experience will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the successful implementation and operation of this upcoming wind farm.
Turbine delivery is anticipated to commence in Q1 of 2024, with the commissioning scheduled for Q2 of the same year.
