Elektrani na Severna Makedonija (ESM), a state-owned electricity company has launched a tender for the design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover of two solar plants totaling 30 MW in North Macedonia.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is granting a EUR 25.6 million (US$ 27 million) finance package to ESM to fund the projects.
Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents. A full description of the procurement exercise is available within the documentation and is available free of charge in ECEPP. This procurement exercise will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP).
