SUSI Partners invests in US solar and battery developer Encore

SUSI Partners, through its main equity fund, has acquired a controlling equity stake in Encore Renewable Energy, a US-based developer and operator of utility-scale solar and battery storage assets. The investment expands SUSI's Energy Transition Fund's diversified and expanding portfolio that covers investments in renewable energy production, energy efficiency, energy storage, and integrated customer energy solutions across Europe, the US, Chile, and Australia.

Encore Renewable Energy is headquartered in Vermont and has been active in developing sustainable energy projects throughout northeastern US. The company has been developing and constructing high-quality clean energy projects for more than a decade that prioritize environmental compatibility, sustainable growth, and community engagement.
