SUSI Partners has announced that SUSI Partners’ Energy Efficiency and Transition Credit Fund (SEETCF) held a first close in December 2022.
SUSI Partners has raised EUR132 million (US$143 million) for SEETCF in investor commitments to date. The company also invested over EUR600 million (US$652 million) into energy efficiency and broader energy transition solutions through its financing structures. Commitments for SEETCF were received from pension funds, insurance companies, and Scandinavian funds that had previously invested in SUSI Energy Efficiency Fund II. SEETCF will invest in sustainable energy transitions that contribute to climate change mitigation. In doing so, SEETCF will build sustainable infrastructure and provide secure, affordable, and clean energy.
SEETCF with a target size of EUR400 million (US$435 million) is planned to be opened to investors during 2023.
