Statkraft has adjusted the design of its proposed Prada onshore wind farm project that will be constructed in Galicia, Spain.
The updated design will have a total generating capacity of 168 MW, instead of the originally planned 171 MW. Furthermore, the wind farm will feature 24 7 MW wind turbines instead of 31 5.5-MW units. The adjustment also includes other infrastructures related to the project.
Statkraft will invest about EUR119 million (US$125.17 million) to build the wind farm that is expected to be commissioned by 2024.
