Ellomay Capital Ltd, through its unit Ellomay Solar SL, has connected to the grid and started the testing and operation of its 28 MWp solar photovoltaic project located in the municipality of Talavan in Caceres, Spain.
The project represents about EUR19 million (US$19.89 million) of investment. The facility is currently in hot commissioning testing initiated by the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor. The Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) is expected to be released on or after June 24, 2022.
The project is designed to produce approximately 53 GWh of energy per year.
