Bosnia's Serb Republic has awarded a 50-year concession to develop and operate a 60 MW solar photovoltaic project located in the southern municipality of Nevesinje to Solarna Elektrana Nevesinje, fully owned by Banja Luka-based electronics company ETMax.
The project investment is expected to value at about BAM104.4 million (US$60.28 million). ETMax will pay a one-off concession fee of BAM521,808 (US$301,286) and BAM0.0055 (US$0.00318) per kWh of energy produced.
The project is expected to be operational after three and half year of construction.
