Suzlon starts construction of 25.2 MW Ivan Sedlo wind farm in Bosnia

Suzlon Wind Energy BH has started the construction of a 25 MW Ivan Sedlo wind project located in the Sarajevo Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

In an updated plan for the project, it will consist of defrosting technology and five SG 5.0-145 turbines instead of 12 but remains with a 25 MW generating capacity. The wind turbine units will be purchased from Siemens Gamesa. 

Once operational, the project can generate up to 78.3 GWh of energy per year.
