Swiss electric utility Romande Energie Holding SA has entered into an agreement with French energy developer Calyce Energies for the sale of a wind portfolio with combined capacity of 646 MW.
Under the deal, Romande Energie will acquire a 100% stake in one operational project, a 100% stake in seven late-stage projects, an 80% interest in one guaranteed project, and a 50% shareholding in six early-stage projects.
The wind portfolio consists of 15 projects that are located in Grand Est, Hauts de France, and Pays de la Loire regions.
The transaction is expected to close before the end of 2020.
