Revolve Renewable Power Corp. and Engie have signed a deal for the sale of the 1,000 MW Bouse and 250 MW Parker solar-plus-storage projects in Arizona, USA in exchange for an upfront payment of US$2 million and an earn-out contingent if specified milestones are accomplished.

Engie will be responsible for the project's continued development.

The deal will provide Revolve with extra resources to expand its existing development portfolio and evaluate options to add other greenfield project opportunities to its active development portfolio in the near future.
