Prime Capital buys 90 MW wind project in Vaasa

Prime Capital AG is acquiring the 90 MW Sandbacka wind project in Finland as the final investment for its Prime Green Energy Infrastructure Fund (PGEIF).

Prime Capital entered into an agreement with Svevind AB and co-development partner AB Vindkraft I Skog to acquire the project. It will consist of 14 turbines with a combined annual output of around 250 GWh.

The asset manager will be responsible for procuring and finalizing all necessary project agreements with the goal of completing construction by the end of 2024.
