A binding offer for the acquisition of 51% of the Schmack Biogas was accepted. The transaction is fully in line with the growth plan of the PLC, which aims to become a reference in the international ISPs sector (independent service providers) with multi-technology expertise in renewable and decarbonised energy sources.
The addition of this important piece offers new opportunities to our current and future customers. Due to the new resources available, Schmack biogas will be able to increase business opportunities in Biomethane both in Italy and in the new markets where the PLC group is already present.
