Patronale Solar, a joint venture between Patronale Life and Edison Energy Group, has completed the acquisition of the Belgian PV parks of the Dutch company Sunrock, owner and developer of large-scale solar panels.
The portfolio consists of approximately 100 projects, with a total investment value of more than EUR80 million (US$90.6 million). The 340,000 solar panels, spread over 208 production sites, provides 21,500 families with renewable energy every year. A total of 35 tons of CO₂ are saved each year.
