Senvion has signed four contracts for turbines with a combined capacity of over 47.5 MW in Belgium, France, and Portugal.
Under the agreement, the German turbine manufacturer will deliver four 3.4M104 and 3.4M114 types turbines to the EDF Luminus-owned Sint Gillis Waas wind project and to the Eoly-owned Rebaix wind farm in Belgium.
Senvion will also deliver four 3.4M114 turbines to the 13.6-MW Aschère-le-Marché wind facility developed by ABO Wind and now owned by ČEZ Group in France and six 3.4M122 turbines to EKZ's 20.4-MW Marvila II wind project in Portugal.
Sint Gillis Waas and Rebaix are expected to be completed by summer 2019. Aschère-le-Marché is expected to begin commercial operations in the second half of 2019, and Marvila II is planned to come online in fall 2019.
Senvion will provide full maintenance services for a period of 20 years to the EDF Luminus's wind farm and for a period of 15 years with extensions up to 25 years for the Marvila wind farm and up to 20 years for the Rebaix and Aschère-le-Marché wind farms.
