OX2 divests 70 MW wind power project in Ljusdal

Fu-Gen has reached a deal to acquire the 70 MW Riberget wind project in Ljusdal municipality, Sweden, from OX2.  The wind farm will be powered by 11 turbines.

OX2 will start the construction of the wind farm by the end of 2022 and it is projected to be completed by the second half of 2024. OX2 will optimize production and oversee operations under a 15-year contract after the project is commissioned.

Fu-Gen, a privately held IPP, develops and owns wind, solar, battery storage, and hydrogen-based e-fuels projects in the Nordics and UK.
