Enlight Renewable Energy has met all regulatory conditions for the gradual commercial operation of the 372 MW Bjornberget wind project located in central Sweden.

The wind farm consists of 60 wind turbines from Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, each with a 6.2 MW capacity. The first turbine has begun commercial operation. Enlight anticipates that the entire wind farm will be commercialized by the beginning of Q1 in 2023.

Bjornberget has begun selling electricity on the Scandinavian market at this time.
