Octopus Renewables acquires solar and battery energy storage projects in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire

Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust Plc has completed the acquisition of the 68 MW Breach Solar Farm project located in Cambridgeshire, UK from AGR Renewables for a total consideration of GBP50 million (US$61.13 million).

Octopus Renewables has also entered into an agreement with Gridsource for the sale of a 50% stake in the 12 MW/24 MWh ready-to-build battery storage facility in Bedfordshire.

Both of the projects are being prepared for the construction phase.
