NovaWind, a wind power unit of Rosatom, has signed a cooperation agreement with An Xuan Energy for the development of the 128 MW wind farm located in the Son Lang province of Vietnam.
An Xuan is a Vietnamese company that is engaged in the investment and development of renewable energy projects such as hydroelectric power plants, solar photovoltaic farms, wind power, and biomass projects.
