EDPR enters deal to acquire 200 MW solar project in Thuan Bac District
EDP Renovaveis SA has entered into an agreement with Xuan Thien Group for the purchase of the 200 MW solar photovoltaic project located in the Thuan Bac District, Ninh Thuan province of Vietnam.
The solar project has been in operation since 2020 and has contracted the electricity produced from the plant under a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) for US$93.5 per MWh.
The deal is valued at US$284 million with an additional earn-out conditioned to performance achievements.
