The Green Solutions (TGS), through its subsidiary TGS Green Hydrogen Co Ltd, is planning the construction of its hydrogen production project in the Bao Thuan, Ben Tre province of Vietnam by the end of June 2022.
With an estimated investment of VND19.5 trillion (US$780 million), the project will be built in two phases. During the first phase, the facility is expected to produce up to 24,000 tonnes of hydrogen, 150,000 tonnes of ammonia and 195,000 tonnes of oxygen annually. The second phase is expected to at least double this capacity production.
The trial production of the project is scheduled to start by the first quarter of 2024.
