Neoen SA and BHP Group have signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) for the supply of wind and battery storage capacity to BHP's South Australian operations.

The wind power capacity will be supplied by Neoen's 412 MW Goyder South Stage 1 wind farm in South Australia. Currently, under construction, approximately 203 MW of the project is linked to the BHP agreement.

The 300 MW Blyth battery project, which secured a planning permit in April, will also support BHP with its operations at Olympic Dam.
