Meistro Energie is planning to develop a 250 MWp ground-mounted solar photovoltaic project located in Germany. The project will be implemented through its new subsidiary, Meistro R.E., for a total investment of EUR175 million (US$178.30 million).

The energy produced from the solar plant will be supplied directly to Meistro Energie's customers through a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA). The project is expected to be operational in the middle of 2023.
