LEAG, a German energy company, has started the preparatory works for the construction of its floating solar farm located on an artificial lake that is currently under development near the city of Cottbus in eastern Germany.
The 21 MW project is expected to be completed by the end of March 2022 and generate 20,000 MWh of electricity for the annual consumption of 5,700 households.
