The INVL Renewable Energy Fund I, managed by INVL Asset Management, has completed the agreement to acquire a 174 MW solar photovoltaic project located in Romania.
The Fund acquired the 174 MW project before it secured grid-connection capacity, though that is envisaged in Q1 of 2023, with plans to reach the construction phase in Q4 of 2023. The project is targeted for completion by Q4 of 2025.
The Fund’s portfolio of projects in development now has a total capacity of 475 MW.
