INVL Renewable Energy Fund I to invest EUR120mn in Romanian solar farms

The INVL Renewable Energy Fund, run by INVL Asset Management, has announced plans to invest around EUR120 million (US$128.6 million) in the development of solar farms it has acquired in Romania.

The firm bought two solar power plants with a capacity of 166 MW. The grid connection conditions for the solar energy projects in Romania that are being added to the fund's portfolio have already been authorized. The solar facilities are expected to be operational in 2024.
