Peridot Solar Limited has secured bilateral financing worth EUR120 million (US$128.7 million) to construct seven solar photovoltaic (PV) assets with a total capacity of 178 MW in Italy. The company received support from Infranity SAS. The deal marks an essential milestone for PSL's ambitious plan to achieve 5GW of renewable energy capacity across Europe by 2026.
To secure the financing agreement, Peridot Solar Limited received support from several advisors, including IDCM Limited (Financial Advisor), EOS Consulting (Technical Advisor), Weil, Gotshal & Manges (UK Legal Counsel), Legance and Parola Angelini (Italian Legal Counsel).
