Adani Green completes acquisition of 20 MW Mahoba solar project in Uttar Pradesh

Adani Green Energy Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital and all the securities of Spinel Energy & Infrastructure (SEIL) from Hindustan Cleanenergy and Peridot Power Ventures.

SEIL owns the 20 MW Mahoba solar photovoltaic facility located in Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh in India. It was completed in October 2017.
