H&M Group has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Neoen and Alight for a 90 MWp solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Sweden.
The solar farm will be jointly developed and owned by Neoen and Alight. Low-carbon photovoltaic panels will be erected around the runway of Hultsfred airport in the southeast of Sweden.
Construction of the project is anticipated to begin in the second half of 2023, followed by commissioning in 2025.
