Aquila Capital assisted a Swiss investment foundation in the purchase of a 24 MW operational wind plant in the southwest of Sweden.

Aquila Capital will manage the investment for the Swiss investment foundation moving forward. The asset was sold by an entity managed by Prime Capital AG.

The 24 MW wind farm produces enough electricity annually to power the equivalent of 22,500 European houses. As the asset is operational, production is already contributing to climate goals, and revenue streams from the feed-in of the produced green electricity will be generated immediately.
