Helios entered into a sale agreement with Commerz Real for the five large scale photovoltaic (PV) projects in Sweden with a total capacity of 246 MWp.
The projects will be developed and connected to the electrical grid in 2023 and 2024. Four of the solar farms are located in Greater Stockholm, while one is located outside of Gothenburg. Helios will manage the development, construction, and production operations.
The PV parks will generate electricity equivalent to the consumption of approximately 49,200 average Swedish households.
