Commerz Real has commissioned the 47 MW Amance solar park in eastern France for its Klimavest fund.
The photovoltaic power plant near Troyes in the Aube region was finished on time in September 2025 and has begun supplying solar-generated electricity to the French grid. Spanning 42 hectares, the 47‑MW-peak facility has the potential to cover the typical electricity needs of approximately 11,000 households in France. With the new solar park, Klimavest is expanding its diversified portfolio of renewable energy assets in Europe. The fund currently manages assets worth around €1.7 billion (US$2 billion), including more than 40 wind and solar investments across six countries, as well as holding a stake in the German transmission system operator Amprion. Klimavest enables private investors to invest in the energy transition in a diversified manner and benefit from the transformation of Europe’s energy supply.
