Commerz Real completes acquisition of 39.9 MW Finnish wind farm

Commerz Real through its Klimavest impact fund has completed the acquisition of a 39.9 MW wind farm from Energiequelle. 

The project is acquired on a turnkey basis. It is constructed in the Pohjois-Pohjanmaa region in western Finland, in the municipality of Kalajoki, about 450 km northwest of Helsinki. The wind farm consists of seven wind turbines of 126.5 meters in height. 

The project enters commercial operation in 2022.
