Grupo Moura has signed a PPA contract with Casa dos Ventos' 504 MW Rio do Vento wind complex located in Rio Grande de do Norte.
Casa dos Ventos will supply to Grupo Moura's operations across the South American country, scheduled to start by 2022.
The Rio do Vento wind complex consists of 120 units of V150-4.2 MW wind turbines supplied by Vestas Wind Systems A/S, located in the municipalities of Caiçara do Rio do Vento, Riachuelo, Ruy Barbosa and Bento Fernandes. The project is expected to be operational by the second half of 2021.
