Green Power Investment Corp (GPI) and Hokkaido Electric Power Co Inc (HEPCO) have signed a partnership agreement for the development of an offshore wind power generation project in Ishikari Bay, Hokkaido Prefecture, Japan.
The agreement involves the development and construction of GPI with the help of HEPCO in terms of technologies and negotiations with local communities. The offshore wind project will have a capacity of up to 100 MW.
