Galp Energia completes full control of Titan 2020 SA for EUR140mn

Portugal's Galp Energia SGPS SA has completed the acquisition of the remaining 24.99% stake it does not own in Titan 2020 SA, a joint venture solar developer with Spanish engineering firm ACS. 

The transaction is valued at EUR140 million (US$143.00 million). Titan's solar portfolio includes 1.15 GW of solar farms that are in operation and under different stages of development. About 1.6 GW of additional assets is expected to be commissioned in 2024.
