European Energy and Quercus Assets Selection have signed a sales and purchase agreement (SPA) for the 39 MW Bosco Le Piane wind project. The facility is located in the Basilicata region in southern Italy. It consists of 13 Siemens wind turbines.
The facility is currently under construction with expected completion by September 2018. It is the largest wind farm under construction in Italy.
The deal is expected to be finalized before the end of the first quarter of 2019.
