Glennmont Partners sells 3 solar plants in Italy with a total capacity of 85 MW. The bidding received more than 10 offers with value about EUR 350 million.

Glennmont Partners had an existing 285 MW wind farms in Italy. The company appointed Rothschild and L&B Partners for advisers and Orrick for legal.
