Falck Renewables signs an agreement to acquire wind technical advisory firm

Falck Renewables has signed an agreement through its wholly-owned subsidiary Vector Cuatro to acquire a 100% share of Windfor  an Italian wind technical advisory firm.

The acquisition is expected to be finalised by September 2018. Through this acquisition, Vector Cuatro strengthens its offer in technical advisory services for onshore wind plants, a technology expected to continue to grow 7.2% from 2015 to 2030 globally according to the IEA.
