EuroEnergy has completed the acquisition of the 114 MW wind farm located in Lika-Sen, Udbina, Croatia. The project represents about EUR150 million (US$163.39 million) of investment.
EuroEnergy is a renewable energy unit of the Libra Group which operates across Europe. The latest transaction will substantially increase the company's investment portfolio of solar parks and wind farms to an installed capacity of over 200 MW.
Depending on the electricity grid upgrades, the wind farm is designed for possible expansion by an additional 70.5 MW.
