Cindrigo has signed an agreement with EES Dravacel Energetika for the sale of a 90% stake in the 20 MW geothermal power plant that will be located in Slatina, north Croatia for a total of US$0.5 million.
Cindrigo plans to develop a 20 MW geothermal power plant on a 57,026 sq m area for which Dravacel holds a geothermal exploration license.
Dravacel will retain the remaining 10% stake in the project. Once operational, the plant is expected to generate earnings of about US$14.69 million annually with potential dividend streams to Cindrigo.
