China North Industries Corporation (Norinco) has started the trial operation of the 156 MW wind farm project in Croatia.
The wind project is located near the Adriatic town of Senj and the neighboring municipality of Brinje in Croatia and consists of 39 4-MW wind turbines. The total investment in the project is estimated to be valued at EUR230 million (US$259.60 million).
The project will be officially commissioned before the end of 2021. It can generate up to 530 million kWh of electricity per year.
