Fortenova Group is acquiring an additional 39% stake in A.N.P. Energija from Inspire Investments d.o.o. after it has initially agreed to acquire a 26% stake from Prosperus FGS.
Once the two deals are completed, Fortenova will hold a total of 65% interest in A.N.P. Energija alongside a 35% stakes it indirectly own through its unit, Agrokor Energija d.o.o.
A.N.P. Energija owns Energija Gradec which operates five bio-fuel power plants in the eastern region of Slavonia and central Croatia. The projects have a combined capacity of 9.8 MW.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
