Engie acquires 55.3 MW of solar PV from Solaire

Engie Energía Chile has agreed to acquire 2 solar PV project in Chile, namely:

  • The 54 MW Los Loros solar PV project in Copiapó, owned by Solaire Generación V SPA. The project was acquired from Solaire Los Loros Holding SARL for a value of USD 34.9 million.
  • 1.3 MW Parque Andacollo solar PV project in Atacama. The project was acquired by buying all shares in the project owner and operator company Solairedirect Generación Andacollo SpA. The vendors Solaire Direct Chile Ltda y Engie Solar SAS, will receive a total amount of USD 327,200 on the closing date of the transaction.
